What information is in the email invite my employees receive?

Important: Before you add people to your account, it is best practice to inform them of your new Uber for Business account ahead of time.

When you add people to your Uber for Business account through the dashboard, they receive an email inviting them to connect their personal Uber account with your organization’s account, via the Uber website. If they do not have a personal Uber account already, they will be guided through the setup process.

Reminder emails may also be sent to help encourage employees to complete setup.

This email will come from uber@uber.com , with the subject line ‘Join the (Organization Name) Uber Account’.
