Adding and removing trip reviewers

This article only applies to employee travel programs.

For help with managing trip reviewers for your business account, see the sections below.

To add an employee as a trip reviewer:

  1. From your dashboard, select People on the left
  2. Select an employee
  3. Add the reviewer’s email in the Reviewer (Optional) field in the panel on the right
  4. Click Save

You can also make employees reviewers in bulk using a CSV file or SFTP automation.

You can also add a trip reviewer when adding a new employee to the business account. Add the reviewer’s email in the Reviewer email (optional) field.

To remove an employee as trip reviewer:

  1. From your dashboard, select People on the left
  2. Select an employee that’s a trip reviewer
  3. In the right side panel, remove the email from the Reviewer (optional) field
  4. Click Save

To remove multiple trip reviewers through CSV/SFTP Automation:

  1. From your dashboard, select People on the left
  2. Click Export (the CSV file will be emailed to the email associated with your account)
  3. Open the CSV, then go to the Manager Email column and remove the emails of employees that no longer need to be trip reviewers
  4. Save the revised CSV to your computer
  5. Return to People and click Import to upload your revised CSV
