Requesting a payment or fee adjustment

This article applies to Uber Central and Uber Health.

If you believe your account was incorrectly charged (an incorrect trip amount or a cancellation fee, for example), let your admin know within 30 days of the trip. You can also contact support to get help or ask questions regarding fees.

We’re unable to adjust a payment or refund a cancellation fee more than 30 days after the trip ends.
