If you’re having issues scheduling a ride, the reason could be that scheduled rides aren’t available in the pickup area.
If this is the case, you’ll see an information icon appear next to Today – now beneath Choose when they’ll ride. Hovering over the icon should populate a box explaining that scheduled rides aren’t available in the pickup area you selected.
Double-check the pickup and dropoff addresses. If they’re correct and you can’t schedule a ride, you’ll need to either:
- Request an immediate ride at the time your guest needs one
- Arrange a flexible ride for them
