What should a rider do if there’s an issue during a ride using a voucher?

For lost items or on-trip issues, the rider should contact Uber directly through the in-app Help menu or visit help.uber.com.

If the sponsored ride voucher isn’t working, coordinators are able to edit the voucher program directly from their dashboard.

As a first step, check that there are remaining vouchers to be used in the program and that the ride the rider is trying to take meets the parameters you originally set.
