I’m having trouble linking to my company’s Uber for Business account

To avoid issues connecting to your organization’s Uber for Business account:

  1. Do not forward your invitation or use a forwarded invite – everyone your admin invites to the account has their own personal invitation email.
  2. If you already have an existing Uber account, make sure you use your existing login information. Please note, this is only for login purposes. Your company will not have any access to trips taken using your personal account.

If you’re still having issues, please ask your admin to resend the invite, or contact business-support@uber.com .
