I selected the wrong profile on my trip. What should I do?

If you selected the wrong profile and you are still on the trip, you can change it using your Uber app on-the-go:

  1. Open the Uber app while you are on the trip and tap the white panel at the bottom of your screen.
  2. Select Switch next to the price and payment method, and select the correct profile.

If your trip has already finished:

  1. Tap   in your Uber app
  2. Select Your Trips, then select the relevant trip.
  3. Select I had a different issue, then I used the wrong payment method or profile, and follow the prompts.
