For help with managing payment methods for your business account, see the sections below.
If you have monthly billing enabled, you’ll need to email business-support@uber.com or support@health.uber.com to make changes.
To add a payment method:
- From the Billing tab, scroll down to Payment Methods
- Select Add payment method and add your payment details in the pop-up on the right
- Click Save
When you add a payment method to your account, that payment method will automatically be billed when someone takes a ride using your company’s account.
To edit a payment method:
- From the Billing tab, scroll down to Payment Methods
- Select the card you need to edit
- Make the necessary changes
- Click Save
To delete a payment method:
- From the Billing tab, scroll down to Payment Methods
- Select the credit card you want to delete
- Click Delete
You must have at least one payment method associated with your account at any time.
To set up or change your default payment method:
- From the Billing tab, scroll down to Payment Methods
- Select the card you want to be your default payment method or add a new one
- Check the box next to Make Default Payment Method in the pop-up on the right
- Click Save
You can have more than one credit card registered to your account, but only one can be active at a time for automated payments.
