Adding, editing and deleting business account payment methods

For help with managing payment methods for your business account, see the sections below.

If you have monthly billing enabled, you’ll need to email business-support@uber.com or support@health.uber.com to make changes.

To add a payment method:

  1. From the Billing tab, scroll down to Payment Methods
  2. Select Add payment method and add your payment details in the pop-up on the right
  3. Click Save

When you add a payment method to your account, that payment method will automatically be billed when someone takes a ride using your company’s account.

To edit a payment method:

  1. From the Billing tab, scroll down to Payment Methods
  2. Select the card you need to edit
  3. Make the necessary changes
  4. Click Save

To delete a payment method:

  1. From the Billing tab, scroll down to Payment Methods
  2. Select the credit card you want to delete
  3. Click Delete

You must have at least one payment method associated with your account at any time.

To set up or change your default payment method:

  1. From the Billing tab, scroll down to Payment Methods
  2. Select the card you want to be your default payment method or add a new one
  3. Check the box next to Make Default Payment Method in the pop-up on the right
  4. Click Save

You can have more than one credit card registered to your account, but only one can be active at a time for automated payments.
